our policy

We want every bottle to find the right home. If something arrived broken, leaked, or doesn't smell right — write to us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

what we accept

• Unopened bottles in original seal
• Damaged or leaking shipments (send a photo, we'll replace)
• Wrong item shipped (our mistake — we cover return postage)

what we can't accept

• Opened bottles (food-safety regulation)
• Diffusers used for more than 7 days
• Gift sets with one bottle opened

how to start a return

1. Email returns@whoga.com.my with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1 working day with a return label.
3. Drop the parcel at any Pos Malaysia branch.
4. Refund hits your card 5–7 days after we receive it.
