On evening rituals

Five minutes, a single drop, and a ceramic plate. The simplest way we've found to land a day.

On evening rituals

There's a moment around 9pm — when the kettle clicks off and the house is the quietest it'll be all day — that we've come to think of as a kind of doorway. You can rush past it or you can pause and walk through it slowly.

Our evening ritual is plain. One drop of Lavender on a small ceramic plate. A short breath in. The day, more or less, ends there.

We aren't selling you a five-step practice. We are saying that the simplest version of the thing — one drop, one breath, one plate — is the one that lasts.

Try it for a week. Tell us what changes.
